The 14-day free trial is offered on the POS plan, on an account's first POS subscription. You add a card at checkout and pay nothing for 14 days. After that the plan renews automatically and your card is charged. Cancel from your billing settings before the 14 days end and you won't be charged.
Yes. You can change plan at any time, from this page or your billing settings; if you already pay for a plan, you're taken to Stripe's secure billing portal to make the change. You can cancel from your billing settings whenever you like: the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep access until then.
Under our refund policy you may qualify for a refund if you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase, if a technical issue stops you using Epidom and we can't resolve it, or if we billed you incorrectly. Cancelling after those 14 days, or partial months already used, isn't refundable. Contact support with your account email and the reason; we review requests and reply within 5–7 business days.

No. Epidom runs on any phone, tablet or computer with a browser. We support Bluetooth thermal printers for receipts, but they're optional.
Yes. Currency, language and taxes follow your region, and the till records the ways your customers pay there: card, cash, QRIS in Indonesia and more. Online orders are paid at your counter.
